Birmingham City Council does offer bulky waste collection, but the realities are well known: a limited number of items per booking, a wait that regularly runs to two or three weeks, and everything has to be placed at the kerbside by you before the crew arrives. For anyone with a deadline, a first-floor flat or a heavy item, that model does not work.

We operate as a private collection service. You choose the day, we give you a two-hour window, and our team collects from wherever the waste actually is — the back garden, a third-floor landing, a loft, a garage or a shared bin store. There is no item limit and no requirement to drag anything to the pavement.

Collections can be one-off or scheduled. One-off bookings suit house clear-outs, post-renovation tidy-ups and bulky single items. Scheduled collections — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — suit landlords with multiple properties, small shops and cafés without a trade waste contract, and offices generating more than their standard bin can hold.

We collect general household rubbish and bin bags, furniture including sofas, beds and wardrobes, mattresses, white goods and small electricals, garden and green waste, builders' waste and rubble, cardboard and packaging, office furniture and IT equipment, and shop fittings. Fridges and freezers are handled under WEEE rules with the refrigerant degassed at a licensed facility.

Pricing is by volume: from £45 for a minimum load, around £90 for a quarter-van, £140 for a half-van and £250 for a full Luton van. A single sofa or mattress collection is typically £60-£80. Scheduled commercial collections are quoted at a monthly rate that works out lower per visit.

Because we are Environment Agency registered waste carriers, every collection is accompanied by a waste transfer note emailed to you afterwards. Businesses are legally required to keep these for two years under their duty of care, and landlords increasingly find agents ask for them too.

We collect throughout Birmingham and up to 20 miles beyond, covering Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, West Bromwich, Oldbury, Smethwick, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton and Coventry on the same terms.
